The personal details this site and phone line handle, and where they go.
Effective date: October 27, 2026. Columbus GA Tree Removal ("we", "us") runs this website and the phone number on it. Below is a plain account of the personal details that pass through both.
Details that reach us
- Form and email requests: whatever you type in, such as name, number, email address, town, the tree job and notes, along with a timestamp and the page it was sent from.
- Calls to (706) 685-6030: our telephone vendor logs the caller ID, date, time and duration. Calls and voicemail messages can be recorded, and the greeting tells every caller so before anything else happens.
- Browsing: the hosting platform keeps routine server logs, such as which page was opened and on what kind of device. There are no ad-tracking cookies here.
- Bot screening: a Cloudflare Turnstile check may run on the forms and read technical signals from your browser.
What it's used for
Four things: getting your request in front of the contractor who works your side of Columbus, answering you, logging each referral, and screening out junk calls and bogus forms.
Who it goes to
- The contractor handling your area. Referral fees come from contractors, not from you. A call to our line can also be patched through so a contractor answers it live.
- Vendors that carry our calls, email, form submissions and web hosting, only so they can do that job.
- Police, courts or regulators where a legal obligation requires it, or to protect a person's safety or rights.
Your details are never sold, and we don't send you offers for anything else.
Keeping and deleting
Records stay only while they serve a referral or our bookkeeping. Email info@columbusgatreeremoval.net to ask what we have on you, or to have it corrected or erased. A contractor that already got your request holds a separate copy, which you would raise with them.
Minors
Tree work is arranged by adult owners and tenants. The site isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly take their details.
